In the professional world we also need Christians because it’s free the way of thinking, because of balance and because it enriches our organizational climate.
In my opinion there is a little difference between ethical and moral values, and the difference is who approves the value. The moral values are accepted by the society and the ethical values are accepted by and for the oneself. A Christian need to be comprehensive with other people that do not rule thyself by the same ethical values without to compromising her or his integrity.
I considere that “to appreciate the current job” it’s so important as giving thanks for a material job aportunity, but for a Christian first is an oportunity for show your faith with actitud and examples, is not to be intrusive but being an effective communicator. If you don’t have achieved the personal overcoming that you desire like a Christian in your job, ask a question to yourself: God has blessed me with this job? Please we as Christians do not need to make tantrums for overcoming, everything will be in God’s time, welcome to patience practice!
But How do we know if it is the time for a job change? First God usually opens a new job opportunity to improve in all areas, second if our purpose at your current job has been achieved, then you will need cover somethings like trust and to act in time.
Remember that if you had doubts about your skills, God will move you because he knows that you can do it and you have required skills. You need to trust that with God’s help even your skills will improve on the new challenge, finally go ahead!
